How to Make Postcards More Personal
Sending a postcard is a nice way to say “Happy Birthday” or “Congratulations” without actually having to send a traditional card. The only problem is that these days, they're not as popular as they once were - but that doesn't mean you should give up sending them.
There are lots of awesome apps out there that let you do just that, and they can be a lot more personal than a generic birthday greeting or holiday message. And, best of all, they can be sent anywhere in the world.
Postcard App – Android
MyPostcard is an app that lets you create postcards from photos and messages. It has a wide variety of templates for birthdays, anniversaries, thank you notes and more.
It also has a variety of themes that you can add your own personal touches to. It's also got an incredibly robust library of images, so you'll be sure to find something for pretty much any occasion.
Using this software, you can make cards from your smartphone or tablet in a few clicks. And, if you want to go all out, you can even order photo prints.
TouchNote – iOS
The TouchNote app for iPhones and iPads works with images from your phone, Facebook, or Instagram to create cards. You can choose from more than 300 templates for birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings, and customize the details with text stickers. It does require a subscription, but it's a relatively inexpensive one compared to some of the other options.
